Representative Peniston introduced her bill that clarifies that the Fire and Police Pension Association (FPPA) is not liable to pay member benefits when an employer has failed to properly enroll an employee in the FPPA.

01:35 PM -- Kevin Lindahl, FPPA general counsel, spoke in support of the bill. He explained the purpose of the bill.
