Representative Sonnenberg introduced his bill that changes county administration powers related to pest control. The bill changes the definition of animal pests to include rodents, increases the license renewal period for a county pest inspector, and raises the cap on charges for pest mitigation on private property, among other things. He provided an amendment to the committee (Attachment A).
