Representative Court, Chair, announced that Senate Bill 13-011 had a full committee debate in the House Judiciary Committee and for purposes of the House Finance Committee, discussion would be limited to the fiscal impact of the bill. She noted that testimony was closed.

Representative Ferrandino and Representative Schafer briefly discussed the bill. Representative Ferrandino noted that the bill created the Colorado Civil Union Act. After a brief committee discussion, Representative Court, Chair, asked staff to respond to committee questions on the fiscal note.
