Representative Sonnenberg, sponsor, presented Senate Joint Resolution 13-005. This resolution concerns the adverse effects that the diversion of revenues has had on water infrastructure in Colorado. Representative Sonnenberg answered questions from the committee about how the use of severance tax dollars would be prioritized. Representative Sonnenberg wrapped up his presentation of the resolution and asked for a favorable vote.
