Representative Joshi, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 13-1092, concerning a limit on the amount of General Fund appropriations to the executive branch for costs associated with membership to professional organizations. He also made comments pertaining to House Bill 13-1173, concerning a reduction in General Fund Appropriations for the salaries paid to legislative liaisons. Both bills have the goal of reducing state agency expenditures.
