Representative McCann discussed the changes the Senate made to House Bill 13-1239 concerning the creation of a statewide youth development plan. Senator Hodge discussed why the $300,000 appropriation to the Tony Grampsas Youth Services Program was amended out of the bill. The committee continued to discuss the funding levels for Tony Grampsas Youth Services Program and the inclusion of the Colorado Youth Advisory Council in the bill.
