Brian Tobias, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), offered a brief explanation of the different types of sunset reviews and the sunset review process. Mr. Tobias answered questions from the committee regarding if there have ever been sunset bills that were allowed to die, and the outcomes that are allowed when a committee is reviewing a sunset bill.
