TJ Deora, Director, Governor's Energy Office, and Doug Carl, Director of the Low Income Weatherization Program, provided a presentation to the committee (Attachment A) on the office's strategic plan for FY 2011-12 through FY 2013-14. He also distributed Attachment B, a letter to the Joint Committee concerning the Colorado Clean Energy Development Authority.
