MOTION:Move that the Executive Committee approve legislation requiring electronic copies of reports to be provided to the Joint Legislative Library. The legislation should also clarify that all reports required to be submitted to the General Assembly, legislative committees, or staff agencies should be submitted to the Joint Legislative Library, who will then be responsible for distribution to the appropriate parties. The motion passed on a vote of 6-0.
