10:56 AM -- Presentation of Committee Budget Recs to the JBC

Representative Vaad, chair, called the meeting to order. A quorum was present. Representative Vaad explained that the House Transportation Committee did not have any budget recommendations for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).

10:57 AM -- Senator Hodge and Representative Levy, representing the Joint Budget Committee (JBC), came to the table. Senator Hodge spoke about the Audit Committee's recommendations on the motorcycle operator safety (MOST) program. Senator Newell inquired about the MOST program and pending legislation concerning the program this session. Senator Hodge gave a brief overview of the MOST program and the audit results.
