Accept the portions of House Amendment #10 for reductions in Department of Corrections ($1,367,197 General Fund and $8,588 cash funds). Use the remaining $367,167 General Fund from the reductions for: (1) the veteran's courts in Judicial and include a footnote identifying the uses for veteran's courts in probation services for veterans problem solving courts. Reverses the $2.0 million General Fund reduction in private prisons contained in SA #13. The motion passed without objection.
