Representative Massey, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 1060, which creates the five member State Board of Dietitians (board) to regulate the licensing of dietitians and specifies the experience and education requirements for licensing. The board will operate within the Division of Registrations (division) of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). He explained a strike below amendment (Attachment C). Representative Massey answered questions from the committee.

She spoke about the need for a licensing program in Colorado and answered questions from the committee.
