The committee heard testimony on the bill at its April 25th meeting, and the committee went into recess with a motion on the table to refer the bill to the Committee of the Whole. Representative Duran recapped the General Assembly's action on the bill, and spoke in support of the legislation. She then withdrew her motion of April 25th. Discussion ensued regarding addressing medical marijuana vendor training during a future legislative session.
