The committee considered possible amendments to House Bill 11-1211, concerning restrictions on travel-related expenditures by state-chartered entities on behalf of persons affiliated with such entities. The committee discussed the proper maximum per-diem rate for travel-related expenditures by persons to whom the bill applies.
