Rick Wahlert, Colorado Brand Commissioner, Colorado Department of Agriculture, explained that Marla Rock was appointed by the Governor to represent the confinement cattle industry on the Board of the Stock Inspection Commissioners for a term expiring May 1, 2014.

Lise Aangeenbrug, Executive Director, Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO), explained that Alan E. Schwartz of Snowmass Village, a Democrat and resident of the 3rd Congressional District, was appointed by the Governor to the State Board of the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund for a term expiring April 15, 2013, to fill the vacancy occasioned by the resignation of James S. Lochhead. (Attachment B)
