Representative Primavera called the meeting to order. She discussed the first report of the first conference committee report, CLHB1252.001 (Attachment A). The report states that the Senate recede from their position and adopt amendments to the reengrossed bill that require mammography to be covered for all individuals possessing at least one risk factor including, but not limited to, having a family history of breast cancer, being forty years of age or older, or having a genetic predisposition to breast cancer.
