Representative McFadyen called the meeting to order. A quorum was present. Representative Levy, prime sponsor of House Bill 10-1342, discussed the merits of the bill. The bill would direct the Public Utilities Commission to adopt new rules for customer rebates and renewable energy credits related to the renewable energy portfolio standard.
