Representative McFadyen called the meeting to order. A quorum was present. Representative Gardner C., prime sponsor of Senate Bill 10-055, discussed the merits of the bill. The bill would allow the Department of Revenue (DOR), Division of Motor Vehicles, to accept gifts, grants, and donations for the development and operation of the Colorado State Titling and Registration system. Representative Gardner responded to questions from committee members.

Representative Baumgardner, prime sponsor of Senate Bill 10-103, discussed the merits of the bill. The bill creates the "Colorado State Parks" special license plate for persons supportive of the Foundation for Colorado State Parks. The plate will be available to applicants for a one-time $50 fee.
