Representative Frangas called the meeting to order. A quorum was present. Representative Miklosi, prime sponsor of Senate Bill 10-100, discussed the merits of the bill. The bill would expand the definition of renewable energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements (energy LIDs) formed by counties and municipalities to include improvements located at a qualified community location rather than directly on a residential or commercial building. Handouts were provided to the committee members (Attachments A and B).
