Representative T. Carroll called the committee to order. Pursuant to Joint Rule 36, he provided Mr.Gorman the opportunity to address the committee regarding the complaint filed against him and the report from the Committee on the Joint Rule 36 complaint (Attachment A). Mr. Gorman declined.

MOTION:	Moved to accept the report from the Committee on the Joint Rule 36 complaint (Attachment A), that the complaint be dismissed and that the Executive Committee write a letter advising Mr. Gorman that a higher standard of behavior and respect is expected in regards to his lobbying activities with members of the General Assembly. The motion passed on a 6-0 vote.
