Representative Scanlan, sponsor of Senate Bill 10-008, concerning a study to evaluate the feasibility of using average daily membership for pupil enrollment, presented the bill to the committee. She explained the amendment she would be offering, which adds a member of the Education Data Advisory Committee (EDAC) as member of the study's advisory committee.

Representative Benefield asked Mr. Groginsky if there are statements of financial support to fund the study. Mr. Groginsky responded that there have been statements of interest, but no financial commitment to date. Representative Benefield requested to see statements of financial support as the bill moves forward.
