Mr. Mauer provided an overview of the Review of the 2010 Ballot Analysis Notebook, explaining the contents of the sections. He explained the role of the Legislative Council Staff in preparing the Blue Book and the role of the committee in approving the drafts. The committee votes on amendments to the final draft analysis of each measure, but does not vote to approve each measure. He also reviewed the procedures for the committee meeting.
