03:14 PM -- Paul Tauriello, representing the Division of Workers' Compensation within the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE), testified regarding the bill. He stated that the division has a neutral position on the bill. He expressed concerns with the bill's language pertaining to audio recordings of independent medical examinations. He discussed other concerns with the bill.
