02:07 PM -- Update on Status of the Clinton Portrait
Representative Weissmann said he is still working on a last ditch effort to keep the portrait, which is on loan from the Clinton Library, but said it is likely that the portrait will have to be returned in the near future. He suggested that the RFP process proposed for commissioning the Obama portrait could be used for a new Clinton portrait as well.
