Ms. Michelle Stermer, representing Xcel Energy, provided technical testimony regarding the bill and amendments. Representative Green further elaborated on the amendments' intent. Representative Green stated that energy utility representatives have offered to work with her further on this issue, and therefore asked the committee to postbone the bill indefinitely.
