Senator White, Chair, called the meeting to order and moved Amendment CLSB101.003 (Attachment A). This amendment recommends that the Senate accede to the House amendments made to the bill as they appear in the rerevised bill. It also amends the rerevised bill, page 2, line 18, strike ""(4.5);" and substitute "(4.5), AND THAT THE CITY'S HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION REVIEW AND RECOMMEND GRANT AWARDS TO THE GOVERNING BODY;".
