Representative Gerou, the chair, called the conference committee for House Bill 09-1162 to order. The committee met previously on March 24, 2009.

Bob Lackner, Office of Legislative Legal Services, distributed a redraft of prepared amendment L.005 (Attachment A) and addressed questions from committee members concerning the prepared amendment. The committee discussed L.005 that would be incorporated into a committee report.
