Representative Gagliardi, prime sponsor of House Bill 09-1331, discussed the merits of the bill. The bill would make changes to the types of vehicles that qualify for the existing state income credit for the purchase of alternative fuel vehicles, conversion of existing vehicles to allow for the use of alternative fuels, or replacement with an alternative fuel power source.
