Jon-Paul Bianchi, representing the Colorado Children's Campaign, testified in support of House Bill 09-1343. He explained that the bill creates a legislative commission dedicated to early childhood and school readiness issues. Mr. Bianchi responded to committee questions.

Senator Williams, sponsor of House Bill 09-1343, joined Mr. Bianchi to the table to speak to the bill. She responded to committee questions.

Lindsay Neil, representing the Colorado Children's Campaign, testified to the bill. Senator Williams explained amendment L.004 (Attachment A), which she said removes the fiscal impact of the bill.
