02:11 PM -- Quilt Show Update

Ms. Contiguglia provided committee members with a copy of the draft memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Colorado Quilting Council (Attachment B). She reported that Frank Lombardi met with the Quilt Council and the Freeman Company and feels comfortable with the understanding they reached. Ms. Contiguglia said the MOU spells out who will pay for any damage incurred in the course of the quilt show. Ms. Contiguglia responded to committee questions.
