Senator Gibbs called the committee to order and discussed the proposed conference committee report (Attachment A).

08:39 AM -- Duane Gall, representing the Office of Legislative Legal Services, explained the report. He noted that it includes all of the language from the first draft report and it also has additional language that harmonizes this bill with the Governmental Immunity Act.

Representative Levy stated that the proposed conference committee report does not extend governmental immunity to those who would not already be covered under the Governmental Immunity Act.
