FINAL VOTE - Moved to recommend Draft Bill 3 that requires a new hydroelectric energy facility to be valued for the purpose of property taxation in the same manner as new wind energy facilities and new solar energy facilities are valued. The motion passed 8 to 1. Senator Schwartz offered to sponsor the bill in the Senate and Representative Fischer offered to sponsor the bill in the House. Senators Hodge, Brophy, White, and Whitehead and Representatives Curry, Baumgardner and McKinley requested to be cosponsors of the bill.
