Representative Casso, prime sponsor, presented the provisions of House Bill 08-1019, concerning the provision of educational services for children in out-of-home placements. He stated that the purpose of the bill is to stabilize the school environment for children in out-of-home placements. He also shared with committee members that there is no state fiscal impact for the bill.
