Senator Boyd, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 08-1005, concerning changes to the program for collaborative management of multi-agency services provided to children and families. She commented on the uniform system of collaborative management systems by which county agencies manage and coordinate services for children and families. She said that these systems ensure cost-sharing, and the efficient delivery of services. She said that House Bill 08-1005 will improve the program, and provide for a statewide evaluation of the program.
