| MOTION: | Moved to add a separate section to the bill that requires law enforcement to make a reasonable effort to verify an offender's email address, requires the offender to sign a statement at the time of registration of one or more email addresses attesting that he or she understands that failure to register properly is a felony offense and false reporting of information is a misdemeanor offense, and stating that the signed statement counts as a reasonable effort by law enforcement to verify the address.
