Mr. Bill Mansheim, Vice-President of Finance and Administration, and Mr. Todd Wright, Project Manager, Adams State College, presented an emergency supplemental request for the Plachy Hall Renovation and Addition project. Committee members received a written description of the project, prepared by Legislative Council Staff (Attachment G). Mr. Mansheim provided an overview of the supplemental request and explained why additional money is needed for the project.
