After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB00-022 be referred favorably to the Committee on Appropriations.
SB00-047 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:
Amend reengrossed bill, page 3, after line 15, insert the following:
"(c) Identification of those persons who will be utilizing the standardized screening instruments, and consideration of training requirements for such persons;".
Reletter succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
Page 4, after line 19, insert the following:
